I usually just say "That's what you think" after everything they say and it really makes people mad.. try it sometime

repeatedly ask them questions
or (like my family are doing now) come up behind them on the computer every five minutes, stare at the screen and go 'what are you doing?'
if another person asks me that today I'll scream. I'm trying to be nice seeing as its xmas and all but they're making it so hard...

the most ah-nnoying thing you can do to a person (someone did this to me) is go "aaaaat , shh ,shh shh, shush!" every time the person trys to say some thing.its like stopping them from what their saying and since they'll get so mad they'll forget what they're saying and then they'll be even more mad!

I don't like to annoy people. I'm a nice person. I do sometimes like to say, "Right? Right? Why aren't you speaking are you dead? Oh yes, you're dead. I forgot about that." I don't say that a lot though. I sometimes just say, "Right? Will you please say something?" but it doesn't seem to annoy people very much.

"Ugh What-ever", "Yea so and I care be-cause?" or just reply "Allright" or "Uh-huh" to everything they say then when they get quiet I say "I'm listening, really" or you could just dial someone up and then be like on yahoo answers not paying attention to them and see how long they stay on the line through the silence before they either say something or hang up on you LOL.....Happy Holidays!!!!

See what I mean. Eventually they stop picking when they see they are not getting under your skin.

Act like a Firefox user generaly does it, but it's a lot different online than in real life, online I just say that it's nice having a bttle of wits with them, but they're obviously unarmed, then change chat-room, in real life, I just say "shut up before I crush you with my wallet".

say moo after every word they say, or every time they say your name
talk to your pen/pencil
act like you have an imaginary friend, and tell people to move b/c they are standing on it
