For myspace background you can create your own or look at premade profile at www.mygen.co.uk. You just need to copy and paste the coding in to your about me section on myspace.

For videos, myspace have there own videos which users upload which you can then put on to your myspace page. Or if you would like music on your profile www.videocodezone.com.
