Yes they do. Especially humans. Blushing is an adrenaline release that results in visibly more blood flow to the face. Adrenaline is typically released when danger is percieved, but for some reason is also released during social awkwardness where no real danger is present. The only other animals that could concievably blush would be those that are highly social. Most other animals have skin or fur that does not show the increased bloodflow. It does seem that household pets experience embarassment, but you may only see indications of blushing though a slightly more pink nose.

Animals blush, but humans don't see it because it is under so much fur. Blushing is caused by sudden arousal of the sympathetic nervous system, which dilates the small blood vessels of the face and body

no, or at least we can't see it... because humans blush when blood rushes to their cheeks because of a nervous system response due to whatever, so if animals do blush then we wouldn't be able to see it anyway because most animals' faces are covered in fur.
