Can stress (my brother went into the Air Force on Dec. 11th....and with the holidays) cause my period to be unusually light??? The second day is pretty heavy......today there's just a couple specks on the pad. It smells bad, too.

You may have a infection of some kind ,because of the oder sounds like infection to me ,go see your doctor stress can cause spotting even bleeding but the oder is not just right I think infection,

Yes it definitly sounds stress related. Stress effects your body in many ways. Sometimes it can even cause your period to be late. I wouldn't worry about it :)

This could be just stress related, or it could be serious. If you are having sex or anything related it could be a sign of an STD, but I am pretty sure you are fine. If it keeps up or you are feeling uncomfortable you might want to go to your doctors.

yes stress can cause it when i have alot of stress i am very light and sometimes i am late and sometimes i start 2 weeks befor i need to stress can cause alot of things with ur body.
