Boys hold their wang and play with it long before they have an emission. Help your self, but try to keep it clean. Your hands have lots of bugs and toys have dirt..

Yes it is ok to masterbate before during or after. There are studies that show masterbation is sometimes just as healthful as sex itself.

I've heard of studies showing infants demonstrating movements consistent with such an activity. so if it's a physiological stimulus/response that has nothing to do with culture then it does seem normal. something best done in private or with a close loved one, but normal none the less. happy rubbings.
