THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.
The conspiracy theories were invented by:
1. Terrorists trying to divide the US.
2. College students pulling pranks.
3. Democrats try to get votes last Nov. 7.
4. Conspiracy freaks, that also believe that we never landed on the moon.
GREAT QUESTION.

I have also researched the conspiracy websites thoroughly and find one common thread ties them together (other than the extreme paranoia). The major sites, such as loose change, pirateplanet, prisonplanet, rense, and some others are hawking books, tshirts and other such items, they also have many external links listed from outside advertisers. There is nothing wrong with the gaining of income in this way, but when you represent your website as some sort of mouthpiece for modern "Freedom Fighters", it smacks loudly of hypocrisy.
I tend to believe that the most likely answer, the most logical answer is almost always the correct answer. It is a little easier for me to accept the theories when there are not links to super secret photos of a sex slave compound in the San Francisco area or links to "real" UFO sightings right next to the "true evidence" of "proof" that 9/11 was an inside job.
And yes, I too believe these fringe people are trying to create an atmosphere of mistrust and paranoia to make their fantastic claims more palatable to the mainstream. These modern day Messiahs of "truth" are appealing to the fears and insecurities of their followers, much the same as Jim Jones or the Hale Bopp leaders did.

Yeah, the conspiracy that 19 Saudis who, by the FBI's own admission were barely able to pilot small aircraft, were able to hijack four planes without so much as a peep out of our defense system. We had 4 fighters in the air on 9/11, any one of which could have intercepted the flights into DC within 10 minutes of the hijacking notice. It doesn't matter that 7 of the alleged hijackers have been reported alive, and that the FBI says they can't really know who the 19 men were. Those crazy conspiracy theorists even say that the minor amount of jet fuel left over after the impacts into the towers caused a giant inferno that melted steel, even though jet fuel combustion occurs at hundreds of degrees lower than steel melting/buckling points. Their silly conspiracy even says that WTC7 fell because of falling debris from the towers, even though it actually stood for a good 6 hours after the others collapsed. Jesus, those conspiracy theorists are really full of dog doo, right? ;P

the reason Islamic extremist use terror tactics is by technique of the fact it works nicely interior the middle east. this is the way they get what they want. yet it quite is likewise going to be their undoing interior the west because of the fact as quickly as we grow to be afraid, we combat decrease back. so a techniques as Glen Beck is going, curiously you do no longer understand what he's attempting to do. in case you watch him on Fox , you will see he provides the data, and knowledge, then tries to describe what he thinks it skill in words maximum persons can understand. out of your question i assume you're below thirty and too green interior the fact of what's dealing with us as a rustic. Do your self a large desire and consider the form, then examine the works of Saul Alinsky, or Karl Marks. Then learn the two ideologies of our republic, and democracy, and communism. And in case you nonetheless do no longer understand, god have mercy on your soul for you're quite lost.

You are right!!! The only people making ridiculous claims about 9/11 are Muslims who are trying to fix their image. They believe that if you repeat a lie often enough, it will become the truth!

Are you talking about the conspirators themselves, or are you talking about the conspiracy-theorists??
Of course the conspirators were terrorists, the conspiracy theorists are just either goofy or havin' a little fun with the lack of information available.

I actually know someone who believes all this 9/11 conspiracy theory stuff. It's very sad. He is clearly ill and there is nothing any of his nearest and dearest can do about it. I don't think he's trying to instil fear or anything else. he's genuine enough, just plain wrong and gullible.
I'm going to stand back now and await the hail of thumbs down.

I am not American, so I am not misguided by American patriotism. I did a project on the "Free Masons" I am not sure if you are familiar with that, but I would suggest you do some research of your own, it is very interesting and gives you a new approach to th "conspiracy theories" as such.
