It's hard to say, although i would suggest that only 3 teams have a chance. Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea. The gunners and The Blues have a lot of catching up to do but i cannot see them not winning at least one trophy every season, likewise United although they are a lot closer. The thing is, as they all take a step closer, Liverpool will take a step further (as they are a heavyweight club that wins things regularly) so the answer is no.

aside from eu fulfillment it may in all threat be Arsenal, they have the third maximum quantity of titles and 10 FA Cups, 2nd to United. In Europe it may in all threat be Nottingham Forrest, 2 eu Cups is greater effective than Villa with a million and Arsenal have basically gained the Cup Winners Cup.

Possible but it will probably be like 50-100 years from now. Man Utd. & Chelsea are the likely teams to do it.
