Are you talking about the "P" and "Q" red letters? Those are the players' injury status. P stands for Probable. Q stands for Questionable. D stands for Doubtful.

those are for if a player got injured how his status is. these are symbols for my league.

Injury Legend
P = Probable
Q = Questionable
D = Doubtful
O = Out
IR = Injured Reserve
