If you are referring to Google Adsense then, yes, it is for real. There are many people making money from this program. But there are also a lot of scammers trying to sell you on how to get rich with Google Adsense.
No matter what you decide to do, if you want to make money online, you need traffic to your site -- period. That's the hard part. The two best ways to get traffic is through pay per click or natural search listing. PPC costs real money. Natural costs real time.

You only get what you put out of it. I think it's completely possible to make money with Google Speedy Cash, there is a million ways to make a million dollars. Worth a shot, tha'ts for SURE
