Due to missionaries risking their lives (and sometimes losing it), many non-Christian countries whether legal or not -acknowledge the birth of Christ whether Santa gets clearance to deliver presents or not. I actually believe your question may be a "SIGN of intolerance" called a "Freudian slip".

i think its not a sign of intolerance becoz there is no logic in delivering presents 2 countries who r not christian and so they dont celebrate christmas. wht would b the aim if he would even send 2 those?
these countries also dont expect that they ll get presents of Santa becoz afteralll they r not christians. so if they dont mind and dont blve on him then y should Santa send them gifts?!! its meanless!
