If you are talking about your standard housefly, then no, you will completly digest the egg and it won't hatch, however, there are types of parasites that lay eggs in bodies of water on the hopes that an organism will eat them and then become a host to the offspring. Though, you won't have to worry about that as long as you drink from a reliable water supply.

no...the acid in your stomach will take care of that, but there is a fly called the botfly that can get in your skin and it is really creapy...you need to take a look on one of their sites...it will freak you out!
