Depends on your level of coding knowledge and what you're using it for.
If you have zero knowledge of programming, something like MySpace, (which is commonly used by e-chavs and wannabe bands), or Yahoo's very own Yahoo 360, (you can use your existing login details).
Failing that, a Google search should unvocer something, I personally use EzBoard/Yuku, but would not fully recommend them at the moment, but it is very easy to use, and is extremely extensive.

if you are looking at ease of use , using ur own personal domain - i recommed Wordpress / Wordpress.com / Blogger.com
if you are looking for frequent comments from other bloggers , again blogger.com or Yahoo 360 or Wordpress.com or Livejournal.com

i say vmk. it is free, you can make your own person, its a virtual disneyland, you can mkae your own room, get money/credits, get furniture, clothes for your person, and pins to where.
