most banks will be open the day after christmas just call them to find out.

It will likely depend upon your bank. I would tend to say yes because it is a normal work day and not a national holiday. It would be wise to check with your specific bank to see if they are operating on a normal schedule or have some kind of holiday hours. If you were in England, they would be closed because the day after Christmas is Boxing Day, where traditionally household staff who would work on Christmas would receive the leftovers from the family's Christmas feast. Now it is just part of the Christmas season.

I belive most banks will be open the day after Christmas
especially those you can find in supermarkets for sure

They will be open in the US. Everyone here goes back to work on the 26th unless they are on vacation or it is their day off.
