Open the site, copy the URL and add the URL to your explorers permission list..

to open the explorer permission,, double click on the icon that appears at the right bottom of the I.E bar,, and do as i said above

Blcok it's access either using IE's settings, or a net-nanny/firewal program, (also, ban the website by IP number too, and it will lock out any affiliated website with similiar content).

It is real tricky to use the XP security settings. I would get net nanny.

You can use Firewall software....go to Yahoo Search or Google and type Firewall+Softwares
