Bah - Humbug !
I have fiddled on with presents for all the family, so I am going to relax around my Sisters' place tomorrow, and get pi**ed.
Not alone, yet I have a mate that totally avoids Christmas, and settles in with grub & booze & telly, and completely ignores it all.
I can see his point, but I shall play piano, games, & whatever.
hundreds of quids on things that will not be played with -
Santas that just fart.
Scooge - ! (No, not really)

Me, I used to go out at Christmas and the new year but stopped several years ago as the pubs are now full of the so called better classes throwing up after two pints of shandy and underage drinkers who seem to think that the world owes them a living, trying to walk home while avoiding these morons strewn on the paths and roads puking their guts up is just not my idea of fun anymore.

I'm doing stuff but it's a pain in the neck - no joke. I like being with family but the schedules are tight and it becomes exhausting. We also have some family issues which makes it a bit like walking on eggs ... so ... it's kinda stressful. Although, again, there are some goof elements -- my sister is making her 7-layer, Magic bars which are DEE-LISH-US. I'm REALLY looking forward to that.

Absolutely nothing. While at the bank the cashier asked if I was 'ready for Christmas'. Her jaw dropped when I replied 'I stopped doing xmas years ago'.

I'm not.

Although I like Christmas well enough, it's not THAT big a deal to me.

It just didn't work out this year for me to go to my mother's, and my sister has become an anti-Christmas person.

I'll probably watch a bunch of my videos of Christmas stuff -- just 'cause -- but, no, not doing anything special.

I had no plans until a friend called me to go out to All Bar One in Oxford Street.
