Easily if you range/mage them. There's even a spot on the north side of the cave between some stalagmites where they can't reach you. If you go melea, bring plenty of good food so you can take out several of them.

I know for a fact you will be able to. You could have killed them three lvl's ago. However you will only be able to kill a few so i'd suggest you bring food.

you probably could, but make sure u don't bring stuff that you don't want to lose just in case you die. i suggest that you on;y bring your sword. your shield, and one part of your armor. if anything bring the plate legs. fill your inventory with food so that you can replenish your health.

i bet you can with ur wep. bring a couple good foods like kebab, lobs, swordfish. but your actually ok.and if you have REALLY high prayer use the one wehre u cant be affected by melee attacks

there are so many better mmorpgs than this.
personaly i like knights online.

im pretty sure you can but cant fight them for a long time before they melt your hp
but you can fight them
