Well, a few half truths and wrong answers here. Impotentence is not certain, a TUIP or TURP is not a protatectomy, and there are no sources for seminal fluid if the prostate is removed.
First off, you may or may not be potent following surgery. The rate of impotence is somewhere between 30-60%, depending on the patient's age and health, and the skill of the surgeon. If impotence occurs, it's total and for life. So your problem may go away, but not in the way you expect or want.
Second, you will not produce ejaculate of any kind. Totally dry.
Third, this doesn't mean that sex can be unprotected, as you may still leak other fluids, like blood, from time to time. It only takes a little bit.
Condoms and abstention are your only choices.

Basically, your answer on ejaculation will depend on the surgical method employed. Of several methods, TUIP
( transurethral incision ) has the key advantage of the preservation of normal ejaculation.
Thus, you surely won't want this method to remove your prostate.
If you're considering removal of your healthy prostate, you'll want to consult with a board-certified urologist. Remember, of course, that no board-certified urologist ( MD) is going to surgically remove a healthy prostate from a 32 year old male, for the reason(s) you have specified.

You would still ejactulate but not as much as you did before your prostate was removed. You just wouldn't have semen or sperm coming out when you ejactulate. Unless you want your wife to have HIV too then I would suggest that you used a condom.

you'd ejacluate- not all semenal fluid comes from the prostate- but there would be considerably less. I don't know whether HIV is carried in those other components, though, so I would definately reccomend discussing this with a doctor.

medically speaking, if you had your prostate removed you would not be able to obtain an erection, u wil be impotent and im sure u dont want that, ask a doctor if you dont believe me,,,,,,im studying pharmacy and seen patients like this so believe me.
I think the best option would be to use a condom and prevent the transmission of the virus from u to ur partner. Let me know if u want any further info, thanks

If you LOVE your wife you should NEVER have sex with her again !! At least keep using rubbers. She should have divorced U when she found out U were messing with some SKANK WHORE anyway, I presumed that's the way most males spread it to their wife. If that's not your case then I apologize.

yes you would still ejaculate because your semen comes from three different places in your penis and your prostate gland is just one of them.
