Definitely a bad marriage. You can always make a career change and become successful but a bad marriage may leave you with emotional scars, affect the children and involve different people (family) while you are going down the drain.

A career that is going nowhere might upsets you and destroys your mood, but a bad marriage can easily destroy your soul and life.
Yet, those two are somehow have influence to each other. So, even if you have a happy marriage, you have to do something outside of your marriage what will give you good feelings about yourself.

the bad marriage. The job is only 8 hours a day. In a bad marriage, days are 6 months long. Plus they can actually morph you into a nightmare version of yourself.

Bad marriage....you can easily change careers or find something else you want to do. But a marraige, finding someone else to marry is not only messy because of divorce but much more of an emotional mess to sort out. Id take the crappy career any day

A bad marriage. The career is a little easier to fix and less involved emotionally in the event it fails. Well, it should be less emotional anyway.
