Yes; it is an expensive and luxurious gift, plus it is very warm for the cold winters here. I would not spend the money to buy a fur coat; I don't want one that much. But if one were given to me, I would certainly wear it.

Yes. I have no problem with minks losing their little lives to make a fur coat. They're mean little animals & are abundant. However, I would not consider wearing the fur of large game animals because of poaching & the fear of their becoming extinct.

It all depends on your beliefs. If you are an animal lover/activist then don't wear it. tell whoever gave it to you about you beliefs on the topic and it would be against you ideals to wear it. Thank them for the kind gesture and give it back. On the other side if you aren't big on nature and wear things like that then go for it. All though you'll get dirty looks when out and about from people who don't agree with what you're representing. Me personally, I wouldn't wear it due to my opinions.

No, I do not wear fur. My own personal preference. I would give it to someone who does wear fur. For I believe it is a personal choice and I do not have a problem with others who choose to. Not my place to say what others should or should not do. However, for me I do not. Have a blessed Christmas and a joyous New Year! God bless****

I am constantly amused at people who say that killing an animal to wear is barbaric. They have leather shoes, pants and belts, that they wear. I guess them old cows just laid down and died for them.

I couldnt stand it. But I would definitely donate it to a charity. They could sell it and get the money.

Unlikely. Any anyone who would give me a mink coat would clearly not know me very well. I prefer my fur on live animals, thanks anyway.
