And yes, I feel like an outsider even in my own home. I create my own little world and isolate myself further to deal with the feeling. Sounds depressing, but oh well.

I have felt like an outsider often. I tend to think people don't quite understand my thoughts and feelings at times. I'm not a complicated person at all and so it makes me feel like a loner at times but it's ok. I am for the most part happy with myself though I can use improvements in certain areas of life but then again it's comforting to know we can all improve our lives. None of us are perfect thank goodness.

I do the same thing Salma.....and it does sound depressing!
Lately i have been feeling like an outsider..i don't even feel comfortable in my home, with my friends, or in my own skin...

I always feel like an outsider, but I know that with God I am special and that's all that matters. I have a few special friends who always make me feel included as well, and they are truly a blessing and a gift from God....

I curl up in bed and watch a movie. I love movies. I just get lost in them and for awhile I forget about everything.

YES I do,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this may sound racist,,but I'm not,,,,,,,,when I live inthe USA,,,have all my life,,,was born here,,my parents also,,,the language is English,,,we have so many cultures moving here to the USA,,,and now I am suppose to learn all these languages to live in MY country!!

I do. It's funny, with all the ppl that love me, I still feel alone.
I wrote a poem once and the one line was "I am lonely, but not alone."
