Love for one's country and the willingness to defend it. Ok? Everyone insults eachother calling them not-patriotic and claiming because they're doing this or that then they're patriotic. No. Anyone who loves the country is patriotic, ok? Stop perverting the word.

As I recall we managed to interfere in a civil war in Europe a few years ago Milosevic ring any bells? I think we still have troops there. That Americans are in harms way this Christmas makes me sad, thankful and proud. That I am not in harms way because of them makes me thankful. The fact that I recognize both sides are guilty as Hell of trying to make political hay on their blood and sacrifice makes me angry. Anyone else notice that many democrats and republicans resemble sheep on different sides of the pen "bleating" about how wrong the other is while the both get fleeced?
