You got to have TQM & eHRM processes in place to achieve what you are talking about. Also, it would be nice to have the best practise methods to satisfy employees & there by to retain them with those industry standards.

First get an entry level job in Human Resources. They usually want a degree from College. I place people in offices, so I know.
