I would do a couple things. One, I would contact an old professor at a local university and ask which they recommend. They can probably give you the information so that you can subscribe. If you do not know any professors at the university then just call and ask for the specific department, then ask the secretary to connect you with the head of the department.

A second option would be to go to the university library and look through some of their journals on the shelves. If you find one that you like then subscribe.

I just read your question again, and it looks like maybe you are looking for a specific journal rather than a subscription. If this is the case then you need to have a password to look online. In Ohio we use OhioLink. I had a password through the university, but once you graduate, it expires. However, the librarian at my school is able to get us username and passwords as educators. If you are a teacher then ask your librarian if she can help you to obtain a username for an online journal database.
