I would agree. Inuyasha is a very angsty series. I watched it all the way through, and although I liked it over all, it did drag, and the lack of an ending made me angry. I was expecting Inuyasha to put the smack down on Naraku, and then give Kagome a huge kiss and walk off into the sunset. If I had a dollar for every "Kagome!" or "Inuyasha..." I'd be a rich woman! lol However, I do think the show tried to pull in a certain percentage of male audience with Miroku's "playa" antics. Of course, the angst between Kagome and Inuyasha overshadowed the angst between Sango and Miroku.

I don't think that it was aimed at one gender, I know women who like it and I know guys who like it.
I love the series and the fact that the end is left open I find it cool. It means that we the fans can use our imaginations to create our own ending or if the creators decide later to come back with full length movies and finish it off.

I find that Inuyasha is for people who love the plot dragging on and on. There is no ending!!!

Yep i hafta agree with you because after watching inuyasha's movie 4. I felt that inuyasha acts so sissy and Sess just looks exactly like a woman until my sis told me that Sess is actually a male. I was wtf?! and I fell asleep when watching that movie because their plot were so predicted and their romance scenes just made me wanna throw out.

NO i always watch inuyasha and im a guy and I know plenty iof guys that watch it.

the few seconds of that show i have been able to force myself to watch without gagging has shown me it does seem slanted to girls.. little girls... it's like rainbow brite with swords...

(my opinion, by the bye - it's for whoever likes it. i think guys liked it at first but after so much drama, man, how much more can someone take? it gets annoying even for girls)
