If you're referring to how to obtain friend-codes, keep in mind that Nintendo only recommends you exchange them with people you know and trust, and do not advise that you share them with other people on discussion boards.

If however, you're just referring to a fansite, a Google search should do wonders here.

Keep in mind that when Animal Crossing comes out for the Wii, (and we all know it's gonna' happen, just look on the official Wii website for a very discreet hint), you will be able to visit the town of anyone who you have the Wii Code of, anytime you want.
