The only thing anal sex might reshape is the muscular tone of the sphincter of the anus.
Semen contains between 5 - 7 calories, it takes roughly 3500 extra calories in your diet to gain 1 lb of fat. At 6 calories per teaspoon, it's over 583 teaspoons of semen to make her gain 1 lb of fat. That's roughly 3/4 of a GALLON of semen!
And, not for nothing, if you're having enough sex to expell that much, you're more'n likely burning all those calories (and more) in the process!
I'd question her source of info, or, more likely, whether she REALLY likes it!
