Best city building game?

Is it SimCity or City Life?

I haven't played City Life. How do you know? I mean City Life has that Camera where you can go sooo close or be like a ghost in the city, and simCity 4 doesn't have that. Right?

SimCity is better because it allows you to deal with every aspect of running a city. Water pipes, crime, education are all important.

I've never played CityLife? What's it like compared to Sim City?

Sim City is the best for sure.
It's been around forever and for good reason.
