I think leper, pepper, and stepper is the best rhyme. None of the others actually rhyme.
in line 1 the word *counch* sticks out as Not Rhyming.
in line 3 the word *sherpa* doesn't rhyme
in line 4 *examiner* doesn't rhyme

It could be the first sentence if the second word is supposed to be conch, which can be pronounced "conk," but the second one works as is.

#3 does not follow the rhyme pattern all the way through
#4 does not follow the rhyme pattern all the way through
So, by process of elimination, #2 would have to be my choice.
