OSHO had defined love in many ways & in short it was said that love is life itself. He explained it in terms of freedom, tolerance , giving, being yr own self, non-judgementality, non-hypocrisy & so on.
I do not agree with yr statement. There is no "REAL" meaning that exists & whatever love is, OSHO was probably closer to understanding it than many others.

His first love was to make people feel the joy of total freedom. I disagree with you that he never got the meaning of love. He understood that love is beyond words and maybe that's the reason during his later years to went into silence. I had the good fortune to meet him in person.

Please define your meaning of love so we know whether OSHO got his real Love or not. You need to listen and understand to what his Love was you will be transformed. Love is not Lust.
