Hmmm... there are so many things i would miss, away from India...
The feel - good sight of ladies clad in silk sarees, Shah Rukh Khan, The road side tea shops with good-for-nothing elders chatting as if the world depended on their words, Idli - Sambhar, eating papadi chat at road corner, Cows marching right in the middle of the road oblivious of the traffic...
If you will forgive me, i deliberately overlooked you asking for the "best", because i simply couldn't pick one.
Some of these might have sounded critical, yet, all together, the give a true feel of belonging, especially now that am miles away from the country!

Indian intelligent is second to none. Ordinarry small retail trader is also second to none. But western capitalism trying to demolish our economy with several protectionist measures like patent rights. They can not compete with our intellect mind or business set-up in a free and fair manner.
