One bluetooth device can only talk to another bluetooth device. That second device could be a wireless laptop. But it would have to have a bluetooth card install in it. Some laptops (and desktops) do. But a bluetooth device can not talk over the regular "wireless" (ethernet) card used for normal wireless communication. The two devices talk different languages using different hardware.
If you have a bluetooth device you want to talk to a laptop of desktop, there are bluetooth cards available for them.

If your wireless is also bluetooth yes.
They are COMPLETLEY different protocols of sending information wirelessly. You can always pick up a USB Bluetooth Dongle for the computer and you will be able to communicate.
Note: If, lets say, you have a Verizon Wireless phone, and you want to transfer music from your computer to phone using means of Bluetooth, you cannot. Verizon blocked off object sending over bluetooth.
Make sure that the hardware is compatable before investing.

i am not sure what u mean by wirless. u can send files via bluetooth wirelessly to another location whether it be another phone or another bluetooth device. remember you can only send files between different bluetooth devices.
it is a fairly complicated procedure with pass codes and conectivity issues. i would suggest you do a live wire connection (i.e. connect to devices via a cable) or mms/txt. be aware, that people can hack into your device on bluetooth so do it in a secure location.

A bluetooth device cannot communciate with a Wi-Fi wireless device.
They are fundamentally different pieces of hardware using different standards, designed for different situations.
Get a USB covnerter so both devices use the same connection type.

yes but it depends on your phone or your computer. For, i.e. my wife does it every day with her apple powerbook & sony ericsson w810i. sony ericsson phones in general provide good bluetooth support. My cingular 2125 phone (made by HTC same as T-Mobile SDA) does not have support for it, only for headsets. If your PC/MAC does not have bluetooth you need a USB bluetooth dongle, i.e. by D-Link DBT-120.
On macs you can set it up by selecting bluetooth under Applications/System Preferences, have it always show up by the clock.
On PCs see:
