I am very attracted to a woman at work, but she is in a position of power. When I went to see her about something at Occupational health, she held my eye contact for about 6 - 10 seconds whilst talking to me, unblinking. Not sure if she was on a power trip or was flirting with me, as I find her sooooooo sexy! What do you think? I want her!

Be very careful!!! You are letting your own emotions rule you! Because you fancy her like crazy, doesnt mean that she fancies you back. Wait a while and see what develops. If she likes you she will make it very clear sooner or later. Dont make a fool of yourself and cause an embarrassing moment that could not be put right. It is particularly difficult if she is in a position of power. Just continue to admire her from afar, and show your interest, but be very very subtle. Get to know her first and work from there. maybe it is flirting...but flirting doesn't always mean she's welcoming any sort of advance. I'm very straight, but when i go out to the club, there are a few girls that hit on me and I kinda flirt with them...but that's all it is. So be careful, you don't want to make a move on her, then have things become awkward...just keep it as it is.

Be very cautious. She is just showing off her authoritativeness or judging your thoughts. She is very manipulative. Hold back your thoughts for a while. If she is interested you on the bed then let she make the first move but be very open at the same time.

I would be very cautious about the situation!
You might be attracted to her because of her position of power. At this point, your judgment may be skewed about her intentions and/or levels of flirtation.

I would carefully, she sounds hot, but i would see if you could see her again like " bring her some paper" or pass on a message, see how her eye contact etc are then

Neither, it is manners to keep eye contact when talking to someone, I hate it when I am talking and the other person isnt looking at me, its as if they are not giving you their full attention and not listening

Ask her out. Maybe she's looking for a change of pace. Maybe her and her partner want a baby and she thinks you would be a good donor.
