You should talk to a Dr about this it could be your blood pressure is working to hard and that can make your eyes blurry. Also ask a personal trainer where you work out. Any thing that makes your eyes go blurry is something that needs to be looked at. Check your Heart and Stroke web site for symptoms but please have it checked.

If you are pushing too hard and causing too much pressure on your optic nerve and the backs of your eyes...yes it can effect your vision. Also, if you are "juicing" ....that will negatively effect your vision.

if your vision is going when you lift, then you're lifting too much weight and not breathing properly.
