Advanced Micro Devices or AMD in Austin, Texas. They brag that their people are their biggest asset and they mean it. They provide the finest workspace, labs, research, and security of any place I ever worked. I started with them in 2000 and couldn't imagine a better company out there. AMD invest in it's people and do whatever it takes to maintain high employee moral thru great leadership, cross training, benefits and a family atmosphere.
When you buy a home PC and it has an AMD microchip installed in it, be certain that your processor was not built by someone in a sweatshop type atmosphere but by someone who really enjoys their job and believes on quality.

Marriott.
The list of accolades includes "best sales force in America", "best place for working mothers", "best place for minorities", and dozens of other awards again this year.
On a personal level, they've given me a very fair wage, 4 weeks of vacation a year, a decent health care system, a good work environment, and two paid 'business' trips to Hawaii in the past year.
Check out the Vacation Club division in Orlando if you're good at sales - a good sales person can make $100,000 plus and their top people can make over half a million dollars a year without having to manage anyone or be a VP to do it.

I won't mention the name but I work for one of the giant software companies and I love it. The benefits are outstanding--- good time off allotment, excellent 401(k) match, corporate charity matching, discount shopping program (everything from movie tickets to cars), great tuition reimbursement, low-cost/high quality health insurance--- plus above-average pay, great co-workers and I get to work from home 3-4 days a week. I also really believe my bosses are interested in my career and they offer me incentives to learn more, do more, and grow as an employee.
