I've gotten so far as to turn the chime into a key (looks more like a pencil though). The door is supposed to unlock, but mine doesn't. I clicked on the knob & got the tree. Clicked on the door & got the wreath. Then the morror for the garland. Then the spider web, & then the chime. Am I missing something?

I was having the same problem. Someone recommended switching entrance paths into the rrom and that worked. (I had to go from accessible site to enter site for English speaking)

u did everything right... it happened to me too its a bit anoying, but i finally got it, while the chime is turning into the key when all the lil stars are going around it drag it to the look real quick u should get it open then ....

we had the same thing happen to us. that is really funny because i was gonna post this same question. i ended up getting it by just doing it over and over again. good luck
