I would like to do a diagnostic on my computer to find out why a web page (not my home page) will download completely except for one large picture. Do you know where I would start, media player????. I have XP and IE7. Thanks.

Per the answers I've received,
Yes, I'm just trying to see the page, not download it, yes, I get the entire page except the one picture - just a big blank space. My IE7 is already down to med high - should I go lower. If the .ext of the file name is unknown, is there someway I can get my computer to accept it. Thanks again - wonderful help!

Are you trying to actually down load the page into your computer or just look at it on-line? If everything but one picture shows up, look at the extension of the picture and be sure it is not something that your computer doesn't recognize. I receive e-mails occisonally that have nothing but a blank space and when I look it tells me the picture was created by an unknown program or has an unknown file extension.

Yeah It's because of the security level of your IE7. You can adjust the security level to " medium-high" and try once again. I'll tell you in steps.

01. Right click on IE7icon of desktop.
02. Select properties.
03. In that window select privacy.
04. Ther is a adjustable meter and adjust it to until it desplays "Medium high"
05. You can view all the pictures in a web page

Thanks.
