I've had it for years. It isn't mint but no tears or holes.....it from Kansas City federal reserve bank.

Put it on eBay with a reserve of $100.00 plus shipping. You'll soon know what it's worth. Don't forget the pictures.

Unfortunately it is not worth too much more than its face value. In a quick check of eBay and a coin collecting site, people are selling them for $275 and up BUT no one is buying them at that price. The highest bid for a similar item currently on eBay is $125.
