It is probably a vaginal teast infection...oh brother!!!! When you can, if the itching gets bad, you can apply an ice pack (not directly) or cold compress. This numbs it a little. Also, get some Lanacourt Hydrocortisone. My doctor told me to get some and apply it on the OUTER labial area. It stings a little, but instant relief comes next. Sorry you got this on the holidays!!

Sounds like a bad infection. There really is not much you can do until a doctor gives you an antibiotic. That is the only thing that is going to actually work.
Make sure you go as soon as possible. If it gets real bad, you can always go to the ER and they can give a prescription.

Sounds like you have vaginitis. This is inflamation of the vagina. (where it is red and swollen, etc.) Or yes you could have a yeast infection ( a REALLY BAD ONE!) OWCH, hun!!
Just try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Wear loose clothing. Take a soothing bath. I don't know if ice or heat would make you feel any better, but you could try them maybe?
My heart goes out to you. GET BETTER SOON, hun!
Merry Christmas

yeah it sounds like its a yeast infection i would just go to your local walgreens and get the cream or the monistat, if it doesnt stop the symptoms within a week you may have a change in your vaginal ph which you would need to go on anti biotics....just try the cream at your local walgreens if you need help picking one out just ask the pharmasist there

OMG I can't believe that you would ask something this personal for the whole world to see... I've never had anything like that but I would wash very carefully with a mild soap and keep up with your Monistat.

Go to a drugstore and ask the pharmacist.
I would not spread my intimate problems
over the Internet.
*** I checked on all your previous questions - If you have
so many medical problems, please find a good doctor,
and let him take care of you and your family.
The Internet is okay for some minor problems, but yours,
OMG!
