"People can quarrel with whether we should have more troops in Afghanistan or internationalize Iraq or whatever, but it is incontestable that on the day I left office, there were unaccounted for stocks of biological and chemical weapons."

Former President Clinton
During an interview on CNN's "Larry King Live"

I guess when they start the impeachment hearing and prosecution for war crimes there will more than just one at the table eh? Lordy, what a media event it would be! Michael Jackson would be jealous.

We don't know so much that George Bush lied. We do know he believed others who were wrong. Embraced strategies that were doomed to failure. And refuses to change strategy even when a mandate by the American people has been made apparent to him.

We don't know how any of the people making those quotes would have reacted given the same information and circumstances. But we do know that what we have now is not working now. We have lost faith in our leadeship. But tht doesn't mean we lose all faith in all people. The next president deserves the same chance to win our respect or contempt whoever they are.

After 2000 they were speaking on the information they were given, they did not get the daily reports from intelligence organizations, the only information they had was the information that the president made available to them, independent research was considered unpatriotic, also Bill Clinton wanted to do more in Afghanistan when he was president but his hands were tied by a Republican congress

I think there is a lot of "playing with the truth" in politics, like "You're doing a great job, Brownie", or "Mission Accomplished", or "We know for certain that Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction". Or Tom Delay, or Jack Abramoff, or Mark Foley... these liberals might sound a lot like George Bush, so why don't you vote for them if there really is little difference between them and George Bush?

I understand what you are trying to say, but there is something you have to understand.

Even though many people thought that there were WMD's in Iraq, that is not to say that there was 1 solution to an Iraq/WMD problem. Look at Iran, while many believe there are WMD's there, there is more than 1 way to disarm them. Diplomacy, sanctions...etc.

The implication of the website you show is: A country has WMD's, thusly, we must invade. Please remember at the time, weapon inspectors were in Iraq when the US pulled them out. Had they had time to finish an inspecation, we may have never invaded.

Yes, I'm sure that many Democrats are also lying warmongers, and they will be held to account when they get their turn at the Presidency.

You forget so easily that Bush is the president, and to answer your question he is president, why are you always looking for a crutch

No, because in their perfect little world that exists in their mind, only Democrats tell the truth and know what's best for the country.

Don't believe me? Ask any Democrat, they'll tell you.

I believe ,if through fact finding, anyone, is brought to light as being guilty of speaking "known" fallacies...then that person should in fact be labeled "LIAR" bar none........The inability to acknowledge it though, should carry the title of...COWARD,as well....(.all persons, past and present)
