He's probably in his house right now. I would consider the old guy that I'm talking about to be one of the very few crazies I know. He walks around shirtless and shoeless all of the time and shaves on his front porch. When no one's around, he shouts and sings a lot. When people are outside of the house, he'll walk up and start talking to them about random things.
He's pretty cool, though. For a crazy guy.

I seem to be surrounded by them. One time I thought that I saw one who wasn't coo-coo but when I talked to him I learned I was wrong.
