should I go with Vick at home against Carolina or Romo at home against the Eagles?

Romo all the way.
Mike Vick's passing stats will be about a push no matter who he plays, and the Carolina D isn't easy to run against.
The Iggles are good at the back, but Romo's got some weapons down the field, and should put up decent pass numbers.
I'll take a decent day from romo over what should be a godawful outing from Vick. (Atlanta's gonna lose that anyway)

go with vick. the carolina d is weak from injuries and vick will be playing with a chip on his shoulder from all the critisicm. romo will be going against a strong eagles d that needs to win to stay in the playoff hunt.

Romo. Eagles pass D stinks in terms of yardage and Vick might just lay a big fat egg. You're lucky enough to have Romo, USE HIM!

ROMO. Vick's got hammy problems. And if your league gives points for pass completions you might want a QB that throws more. Romo can scramble too so you'll get a few rushing yards with him as well.
