I changed the name for the production company. It is now Perpetual Motion Ltd. I would like some help with the logo. I have an idea. I found a glowing infinity sign and am thinking about using it with Perpetual Motion Ltd. underneath. What do you think? What kind of font should I used for Perpetual Motion Ltd?

Okay, I changed the idea for a logo to an atom. And it is now Perpetual Motion, Inc. Since it is in constant motion and the sub-atomic particles are also in constant motion. What do you think of that? Do you still have an idea for a font? One more thing, does anyone know where I can find an atom animation that is a .mov file or a similar filetype? Could you give me a link?

Hey Seb,

Your idea is a good one, that is for the name of the company to be associated with infinity. A thought for you:

Put the glowing Infinity sign inside a Circle (never ends, but also, represents the opposite of infinity). The Circle could be your Company Name going in circles. This could be in different colors of the prisim/rainbow also indicating the infinite range of colors.

The font should be in Greek letters, or a futuristic font.

Actually I would not use another person's image. Here's an idea. On the outside of the text a circular chrome arrow using gradients and an inner bevel would look sharp. Make the gradients appear to be chrome or copper. The text would need to be italicized and use gradients and inner bevel as well, The best font for this would be up to you, but I would use something with smooth lines. Use 3 instances of each word. Blur the back 2 in graduated steps. Place the clear text on top of those 2. This will give you the effect of the word coming from blurred to sharp. The text should extend across the circled arrow. And by circl ed arrow I mean it wraps onto itself. Representing continuity.Hope you understand my idea. Good Luck!

I like the infinity sign, glowing is good too like the one at http://www.thehaxor.net/images/glowing-infinity-sign.jpg

But to factor in the motion perhaps there should be a moving object like the ball in this pic http://www.ingleby.com/Wallpaper/Perpetual%20Motion.jpg

So that the motion is the ball and the perpetual is the infinity sign.

Gonna take someone with some beter software than I have. Good luck.
