I have a wireless connection on my laptop and recently the connection keeps cutting out. Why is this happening and is there anything I can do to stop it happening.

buy an attenna booster on ebay....like this one

i got the same one and it took my signal from very low to high and it stopped cutting out

I had that on my desk top and my grandson when into the control panel then power options and the monitor cut off was set at 20 Min's so he set it to never and it has not happened since but the screen still shuts off. ???

make sure you have a secure connection and all your wires are plugged in tight that lead to the motem...Otherwise, I knwo on mine which is Linskys I had to redo the program when that happened to me I just reinstalled it and it was working fine after that
