Who feels that American laws that were established many years ago need to be re-addressed to open the avenue for ' certain ' political figures in our country (California) to have choice to make bid for president, present their forum and put it to vote ? Your thoughts ? Opinions of any current political NOT of importance here, more a question posed of re-addressing the guidelines for person presenting their bid for President.

While the person you have in mind may be a fine governor and might make a good president...there is no need to remove this important safeguard from our laws.The rewards are not worth the risks to future generations.

The law was very well thought out and is one of the better laws we have. Not taking anything away from the Govenor of California
Be careful what you wish for you might get it..

No. We've had enough California governors. The last one was a complete disaster.
I might have a different opinion if it were Jerry Brown.

the objective of the regulation requiring a president to be a organic born citizen of the U. S. is meant to be an indicator of his loyalty. I question of the loyalty of previous presidents who look extra waiting to conform with the UN shape than the U. S. shape. i do no longer think of there is any reason to alter the form, different than to repeal countless the Amendments that have been extra over the final century.
