I think Kane was so much better when he was masked then they decied to do that storyline and demask him..

The wwe dnt give the fans wat they want look at the spirt squad who wanted them. And with eddie died they used his death as a storyline gettin 1 of his freinds to say eddies in hell now that was so ******* wrong no1 wanted that

I'm not certain about the reason behind Kane's unveiling but it is the same wrestler.
I just wanted to say that i completly agree with what you said about the disrespect shown by various other wrestlers, it was used insensitivly as a storyline and is continuing with Chavo at present. A few months ago when Rey Mysterio and him we having a rivalry, Chavo accused Rey of Riding off the Guerrero name when he has spent his career using Eddies name and even his death to get noticed. Why when he 'quit' did he not stay gone - sickening.

kane was trapped in a fire many years before. people wanted to know what he really looks like. but i have to admit, that face was ugly.
and, although kane was wwe champion (which by the way he only held for 1 night) when he had the mask, now he's held the world tag team championships with big show, he took part in the first ever Money In The Bank ladder match, the elimination chamber match at New Year's Revolution (which he entered after everyone else, a privalige he earned after beating two people in 28 seconds) and he set a man (MVP) on fire in an inferno match (which he couldn't do to his brother when he had his mask).
his skills from when he had a mask and when he didn't are balanced out evenly, but i believe he is better without the mask.

To give him more character.
They'd done about all they could do starting with a fully sleeved masked, unable to speak Kane in the beginning. Then they gradually made him into more of a person than a cartoon character.

Because Undertaker's real brother the Masked Kane retired and the new Kane didn't want to be masked so they let him take off his Mask

the fans wanted to see his face. however, looking back kane was like a completly different person back then. it took two tombstones and three rock bottoms to beat him in one match. now he goes down for the count after being hit with a thumb. what sort of bull **** is that.

I believe it was Kane (Glen Jacobs) that wanted to do this angle because his mask was to restricting and very hot to wrestle in.
