My theories for anti-Americanism are:

1.Various government's deflecting attention away from their corruption and ineffectual leadership by rallying their brainwashed citizens behind a policy of "America's to blame for everything".This applies on a smaller level as well (lax gun laws in America=Toronto murders?)

2.Leftist ideology which believes that America is responsible for every conflict and human rights catastrophe in the world today no matter how irrational and contradictory those claims are.[ie. Darfur,Rwanda (inaction)-Iraq (intervention)]

3.Using America as a scapegoat is a bandwagon many people can't resist. It mask their ignorance of the major issues facing the world because it provides pre-packaged "cut-and-paste" answers for complicated matters they otherwise wouldn't understand.

4.Faux ultra-nationalism.

I only partially agree with you. All of those are reasons in many cases in particular with a section of the European Left that empathised with the former Communist regimes in Eastern Europe and hasn't forgiven the US for winning the Cold War. However it would be wrong to count these as the only reasons. Genuinely flawed US foreign-policies in the Middle East - notably its one-sided support for Israel - are blamed by many Europeans and others for the radicalisation of Muslims and the fomenting of their hostility to the West. The Israel-lobby especially is resented for pushing the US into wars that only serve to worsen this threat because they act as a recruiting sergeant for Islamist terrorist groups. Here in Europe there are large Muslim immigrant populations and second/third generation Muslims with European citizenship. As such, we feel we are being endangered by US warmongering in the Muslim world.

The reason is simply that America is trying to be at the top of the world. It is trying to expand it is philosophy all around the world, and people don't quite like it. It's kinda similar to colonialism, but less evident and it s based more on the money rather than the actual geographic territory.

Because there is a civil war going on in America and the west between those who believe in completely different sets of values. On one side, you have those who believe in Godless societies, open borders, world government, abortion, gay marriage, homosexual rights, euthanasia, world appeasement. These are secularists who believe that massive changes are necessary for more "enlightened" societies and Christians are the obstacle to attaining these values. Traditionalists are exactly opposite of these values and do not want massive change to "immoral" and "Godless" values. Those who are anti-American see America as holding more traditional beliefs and this is counter to other secular Godless western countries.

It's so annoying and it pisses me off.
I hate being blamed for something I have no control over, and a lot of Brits are good at b*tching at us over that, which is ignorant.

Satan hates us. He hates that we are free and that freedom came from God. He fights against anything that is God given.

He stirs up other nations to attack us and our own from within to destroy us.

Its satan... there are two forces at work here on the earth, God and the Devil. Period.. its pretty simple. If you understand the basics its easy to detect the good from evil.
