Greek Roses....green onions wrapped in cream cheese and pressed ham.....they are always a big hit.

Cornbread corn...yum yum

INGREDIENTS
2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn muffin mix
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Mix together corn, sour cream, eggs, melted butter or margarine, and sugar. Mix in muffin mix. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted midway into pan comes out clean.

I make a really good cheesy potato side dish that every one in my family loves. You put a bag of hashbrown potatoes in a casserole dish and mix it up with a can of cream of mushroom soup. Put some cheddar cheese over the top of it and bake for about 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

cheese and crackers with olives and a cheese dip

cheese dip use valvita its the best melt it in the microwave and let it cool down than eat with cheese and crackers with an olive on top
