A triangle has only three angles. However, you can define the exterior angle of a triangle by extending one of the sides and measuring the angle that results. It will be the supplement of the interior angle.

Since you have added five question marks after your question, clearly it calls for some thinking outside the lines. Some ideas:
a) It could be the angle of the triangle's base with respect to the horizontal (i.e., if it is not 'resting flat'), Someone putting a roof on a house using triangular joists would want to check for level to avoid this kind of fourth angle.
b) You could be talking about relationships (where, ironically, a triangle might be the LEAST stable structure) and something going on over and above each party's interests therein. For example if A, B and C are angling for a three-way marriage license for some subversive reason.
c) It might be an English person (an 'angl'-ophone) who wants to meet someone at a triangular location, they could be witty and say "I'll be the fourth angle at the triangle, ha ha." Okay not very witty.
d) A triangle is a musical instrument. It could be the triangle's pitch (pitch can also mean angle)?

If you have a different plane in your mind, it is the angle made by the plane of the triangle with another plane. Still it is not called the fourth angle of triangle. If you have pyramid[base triangle] in your mind, the fourth angle occurs at top of the pyramid. Still it is not called the fourth angle of triangle. if you have some tricks etc. , finally you cannot deviate from (1).

Lol!! Is that supposed to trick us???
Well, everyone knows that a triangle has 3 interior angles. That's too basic to even call it math! The fourth angle in a triangle is the triANGLE!! It's in the word itself!

There are only 3 angles in a triangle, a fourth angle would make it a quadrilateral.
