It is , was and always will be Dr. Isaac Yankem. The same Kane from the early 90's to present.

There has never been 2 Kanes, only when they used the imposter in the story lines like the 2 Undertakers.

Yes the Masked Kane was Undertaker's real (life) brother but he retired and the new Kane came and took off the Mask

actually this is the 3rd or 4th kane wwe has had abyss in tna was the last kane in wwe before this one came along. abyss was fired as kane because he would not go along with the storyline to unmask. get several old takes with kane on them look at the difference of each one it is easy to see the difference. one was big enough to make two of this kane. one was rather thin and muscular. the abyss was big and not muscular looking at all and then look at this kane now against the rest.
