You could take singing lessons, but the most that they teach you is breathing exersises and the technical stuff, which is important. The one thing you have to do is practice. Listen to your favorite music, and sing along. If you do take singing lessons, practice what they teach you every day. It's just like instrumental lessons, where you have to practice every single day. Practice breathing lessons, memorize songs, sing warm up chords and such. Just keep trying.

Take Vocal lessons, study your favorite singers voice and phrasing.

You can try taking voice lessons to strengthen your voice and range.

But if you barely sound good, then you are probably not destined to be a good singer.
